We found that the school lacks an effective system to keep students’ attendance records, the paper records are not properly organized and difficulties in searching for the students’ attendance records.
About Our System
The overview of system is the admin will manage all the data of teachers, students, class, and parents. Then, the teacher will record the student’s attendance in the system and parents will login to view the attendance report. So that, the project objectives are to test the system performance in delivering well-functioning attendance system management, to reduce the usage of paper,
and to develop a system to help the school’s management in keeping track of the students’ attendance records. Therefore, this system helps the school management in keeping track of the student’s attendance records that will totally help the school in managing their students' attendance and at the same time can reduce the use of paper

SMK Kangkong, is a national secondary school located in Pasir Mas, Kelantan.

This School had 504 male students and 471 female students, bringing the total number of students to 975. It has a total of 91 teachers.
